"can't talk to klauncher" - impossible to open KDE window manager

Hi,

Still problems with KDE-Cygwin. Problem of communication with
klauncher. KDE launcher stops short and the window manger does not
open.

I tried:

$ kdeinit

and I have "can not connect to the X server".

Now I launched the X server directly by clicking on "startxwin" icon and
I have an X-term where I can launch Quanta (thus KDE librairies
should be correctly or almost correctly installed). The problem is
always impossibility to open a browser window because there is no
klauncher.

Question: how to install "klauncher"?

I installed all KDE 3 packages (kdelibs, kdebase, kdenetwork, etc).
...and Qt-3.2.3-3

Thanks for any suggestion. I am happy to be able to use Quanta but it
is difficult to use without browser window).
