QT3-win32 msvc support

Hello

I wanted to test this version but currently I don't know which branch
I have to use. Every branch I've tested won't work (when I follow the
instructions at
http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/qt3-win32/compile-msvc.php). Can
someone give me a hint how to compile?
