Installation problem, cygqt-mt-3.dll dynamic link error

try to check which qt package is installed. It must be qt-3-gcc3 and not 
qt-3-gcc2 !!. 
  
$ cygcheck -c -d   | grep qt 
qt-3-gcc3               3.2.3-3
