QUrl Weirdness

Hello

I could reproduce this problem. It is because QDir::slashify() adds
rootDirPath() when '/' is found at the beginning of the string. This is
wrong and I've removed this. But this change will maybe break other
functions in qdir_win.cpp which assumes that slashify() adds
rootDirPath. Those functions must add this by their own.
