cygwin x clipboard not working by default...

Hi Ralf,

i found some outdated info at 
http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/kde3/installation.php
it says to start xwinclip to get a clipboard. according to 
http://x.cygwin.com/devel/xwinclip/ this package does not exist any more.

could you please either update the information to add the -clipboard switch 
in /opt/kde3/bin/startkde and/or update that in the file too.
i think it should be activated by default.
