perl package broken at http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/install

Hi Ralf,

i am here in ludwigsburg and i am preparing my talk on kde on cygwin.
i found a problem when installing kde:

the package perl-5.8.2-1.tar.bz2 seems to be broken, when you try to install 
it with the cygwin installer.

could you please put up a working version of that file, so that other people 
can try out kde on cygwin after my talk ?

btw: is there somebody else at akademy, who is interested in kde on cygwin ? 
perhaps we could work on it a little bit...
