problem with rebaseall after KDE upgrade

Hi,

I do not know if this is KDE related, but everything was ok until I updated the 
packages last week.

After every upgrade, I used to to a rebaseall (since it was the only way to male 
KDE work the first time)

This time I got 


ReBaseImage (/usr/bin/cygintl-1.dll) failed with last error = 6


What is the problem ??
