What happened to my KDE?

They were shown as installed, so I changed them to "Reinstall".  Just to
make sure, I ran "rebaseall -v" again.

*That* ran fine, and KDE is now working just fine.  

Thank you *very* much Ralf!

So *re*installing kdelibs-3 and kdebase was the trick.  I guess when I
uninstalled all of KDE first, *then* reinstalled it, something must have
broken even though it was *shown* as installed.

Now the only question is why it won't install "kdenetwork-updates-3: bug fix
of KDE network package" (3.1.4-1-u2).  It's flagged, I install, re-run
setup, and it's *still* flagged -- it never "takes" no matter how many times
I install it.
