Hi,

When I start kde I get a desktop with no control items
- menu etc. It looks like my startup is failing.

What is the cause of this problem?

Here is the last two thirds of the start up output...
-------------------------

CMD>if "c:\" == "" SET HOME=C:\cygwin\home\SDroy

CMD>echo c:\
c:\

CMD>if exist c:\ goto HOME_EXISTS

CMD>SET KDEHOME=/home/SDroy/.kde31

CMD>SET DISPLAY=127.0.0.1:0.0

CMD>SET SHELL=/bin/bash

CMD>if not exist C:\cygwin\tmp\.X11-unix\X0 goto
CLEAN_END

CMD>if exist C:\cygwin\tmp\.X11-unix rmdir
