qt-mt not found

As a side note, being the person who contributed the original posting
referenced here, I never was able to get past that problem, even with the
help of the response.  So, I'm still looking for a solution related to
this too.  I've played with it quite a bit, but I am unfortunately not
versed in the arcane art of Cygwin + QT libraries.  Yet (I hope). :)
