I can play cannonball in qt-win32 :-)

Hi,

i just wanted to tell you, that the cannonball game from the
tutorial/t14 directory works with an actual cvs version of qt-win32.

(this one is PNG, it has a size of 72k )
there are still some problems, for example the background color setting,
but it simply works :-)

the rest which is missing is "only" filling in the missing parts and 
bugfixing,
we got it working in less than three months !

Ralf, thanks for the work you invested into this, i donīt know, if
i would have started this port without your prior work.
