will there be a release in cygwin installer of qt3.2.0 ?

Hi,

so you have compiled completely qt3.2 on win ? and
gentoo install qt3.2 on my box ?

would be fine to add a .bz2 of qt3.2 to let cygwin
users dl it with setup.exe :)

in fact, i've followed instructions from:
ftp://ftp.holgis.net/pub/gencyg/gentoocygwininstallhowto-0.1.1

and i have problems, /usr/bin/env seems to be broken,
i've added sym links to make it work (python2.2 =>
python2.3)
and when i do emerge sync, it says: No module named
portage

i don't know where to get portage
