kde-cygwin starting problems, dying in services initialization

Hi Ralf,
Thanks lot for your suggestions. I tried with new startkde.bat
file, that you attached in your posting. With this new file also
kde start process is failing in 'Initialization system services'
step. This is where kde start process is failing with old startkde.bat
also. I 've checked env. variables and processes and they seem to be
ok. FYI, I am attaching the processes and kde log again. Please let
me know if you find any thing wrong. I am wondering whether kde
start process logs any debug messages in system log or in any other log.
