problems with cygwin/kde startx

Thanks for your answer.

I find that qt-2-3.dll (which is the only
problem I have left "qtt-2-3.dll not found") is in:

/usr/local/lib/qt2/bin

and a link is in:

/usr/local/lib/qt2/lib

To what environment variable should those paths
be added? I have the environment variables
just like in

I installed using setup.exe
