ld seg fault while creating import library

Hi all,

the bug reported by Nicholas Wourms (details at first in
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-cygwin&m=102949794629098&w=2) seems to be fixed.

        * opncls.c: Formatting.
        (_bfd_new_bfd): Use a smaller section hash table.
