This Wednesday April 9, 2013 at 23:59 UTC, is the time for 4.13.0 Tagging

The release will be on April 16 if everything goes to plan.

If you have to update program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla 
program version numbers or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible.

If you have any reason of why we should not release 4.13.0 please contact the 
release-team as soon as possible.
