[Kde-cvs-announce] [REMINDER] 4.13 RC tagging on March 26 AND 4.12.4 tagging on March 27

Two big releases this week :)

Wednesday March 26 we will be tagging for 4.13 RC (4.12.97) at 23:59 UTC so if 
you have to update program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla 
program version numbers or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible.

Thursday March 27, 2014 at 23:59 UTC, is the time for 4.12.4 tagging. If you 
have to update program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla program 
version numbers or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible. Please 
make sure you set the FIXED-IN version of all the bugs with 4.12.4 so they 
appear correctly linked from the announcement.

We will also release 4.11.8 of kde-workspace.
