This is a reminder that tomorrow Wednesday 12 March we will be tagging 
for 4.13 Beta 2 (4.12.90) at 23:59 UTC so if you have to update program 
version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla program version numbers or 
stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible (remember to do it on the 
KDE/4.13 branch ;-))
