Wednesday, February 26, 2014 has
 * KDE SC 4.13 Feature Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.13 Dependency Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.13 API Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.13 Artwork and Bindings Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.13 Message Freeze

>From now on only bugfixes, if you have any feature you could not land for any 
reason please contact the release-team

KDE/4.13 branches have been created, please make sure any bug you fix in master 
is landed there as well as in KDE/4.12

Next week Wednesday March 5 we will be tagging KDE 4.13 Beta 1 with version 
number 4.12.80
