DMARC Policy Published

Hi all,
Microsoft have recently changed their policies and now require a DMARC
policy to be published in order to deliver email to their consumer email
services (outlook.com, hotmail.com, etc). This has caused service
disruption for our users that use those email services.
To resolve this, I have now published a DMARC policy for KDE.org that
doesn't apply any enforcement.
For those who send email using their @kde.org address, it is recommended
that you configure your email client to send email via KDE.org
infrastructure (see https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/Email).
If you have not done this previously you may need to file a Sysadmin ticket
to be granted access.
This recommendation would have applied regardless of this policy change, as
email providers are increasingly requiring either DKIM or SPF policy
compliance in order to accept email, and SMTP servers that will deliver
email belonging to random email addresses are increasingly rare if they
even exist anymore.
Folks that send email using their own domains or other addresses are not
affected by this change.
Thanks,
Ben Cooksley
