kdelibs4support and KDE colors

I recently got a bug report for kolourpaint saying it's missing the
KDE colors in the KF6 version, just to find out that these color definition
files were part of kdelibs4support (don't ask me why) which got removed.

So how to solve this?
Are these color files (e.g. /etc/xdg/colors/40.colors, /etc/xdg/colors/Web.colors, ...)
not used by any other application than kolourpaint (then I simply could
put them in the kp repo) ?
