Ikona in kdereview

If your window is a fixed size, that means you always know where
content is going to be located pixelwise without needing to hardcode
dimensions. I do plan to ease up the restriction once I figure out how
to do something like libhandy's leaflet (changes behaviour between box
(column/row) and stack (tabs) depending on size) and squeezer (shows
child with best fit for current size) components to better make use of
the window region at different sizes.
