Fwd: KEXI, KDb, KProperty, KReport 3.1 ready to translate

Hi,
Week before release just wanted to say the code of the 3 framework
repos (kdb, kreport, kproperty, plus KEXI) is branched in 3.1 and
tagged as beta and we finally can call the frameworks ready for KDE
review.
Feel free to report any issues in this area.

Update. All 4 repos now have 3.1 branches and 3.0.94 tags.
This time releaseme tools worked well, translations magically found in
extragear-libs :)
Kudos for that.

Tarballs uploaded, waiting for publishing and syncing.
No hurry, one week left to announcement.
