Simple Menu (Plasma widget) now in kdereview

Hi,

I'd like to submit the "Simple Menu" widget for Plasma to kdereview.

Sysadmin kindly moved the repo in position for me:

The Simple Menu codebase is QML-only, relying on C++ backends shipped
with Plasma Desktop.

It's had multiple tagged releases and is shipped as the default menu
in several distros.
