Spectacle moved to KDE Graphics, future of KSnapshot?

Hi Boudhayan,

Before this happens, Spectacle needs to have its own product on BKO.
As far as I see, there is only the kscreengenie component in
ksnapshot, which was a weird place to have a new application in the
first place, and is impossible to find out unless one knows the
history of Spectacle.
