You have a mime-info file in mime/bibliography.xml, but no XmlMessages.sh to 
extract these strings for translation.

Please add a XmlMessages.sh

An example how to do that you'l find in kdeedu/marble/data/mimetypes/ or in 
kdelibs/mimetypes/
