building kf5

OK, I'm confused by this now.  kdesignerplugin doesn't properly check
whether Qt5WebKitWidgets was found, but it does check if KF5WebKit was
found, which won't build without Qt5WebKitWidgets anyway.

What puzzles me more is that kdesignerplugin depends on kconfig etc, not
the other way around.  Actually, as far as I'm aware, the only framework
to depends on kdesignerplugin is kde4support.

Could you give a more detailed explanation of the error you're getting,
please?
