Bodega can have different stores that can be 99% the same except some little 
detail, like a category only present in a store and not the others, this was 
done to give each device its own store.
So stores are done in a way that the definition of a store takes very little 
space in the database and is very fast to clone (and if the same category is 
in multiple stores items in it stay in sync between stores)
