startkde modifies PATH to add qt4 bin dir to the front

I'm pretty sure it is so that we can reach qdbus even when no Qt is
installed in system directories.

We could at least wrap it in a if ! which qdbus >/dev/null ; then modifypath ; fi

But we need to do something.
