I don't know if it has any further impact (though i doubt it). Your
best bet would probably be to contact the people that have actually
committed to that file:

Note: that's not the "usual" way of doing things, but making a review
request for a one character change (> to >=) seems a bit overkill.

Or if someone gives me the OK i will commit it to the 4.10 branch.
