We talked about this during the PIM Sprint and decided that the best way to 
store tags for PIM data would be in Akonadi. That way the tags could also be 
saved on the corresponding backend (IMAP, Kolab, etc) and they would be 
synchronized.

Additionally, this would also be compatible would other popular clients such 
as Thunderbird [1][2]

The TagRelation was a proof of concept of global tagging which I would like to 
remove. We're going to be discussing this on Monday after the Plasma Hangout.
