Places panel context menu cleanup

Hi there,

I've written a patch for Dolphin that de-clutters the Places panel context menu entries. Most entries redundandly contain the item's name and there are also menu entries that affect the general Panel behavior/look and feel (such as Icon Size) which are not available on the generic menu, however.

The thing now is, kdelibs uses a separate Panel implementation and cleaning up only Dolphin would lead to even more inconsistency than there is already.
Is a similar patch for kdelibs allowed (Feature Freeze?), should it wait for KF5? Any comments?
