What about LibQGAPI ?

There is a trend of making libraries called "tier1" which only depend on Qt. 
This way other software written in Qt can use our libraries easily, give us 
feedbacks and even get new developers on them.

Do we have any dependency on libkgoogle apart from KWebkit?
