KDE SC 4.8.4 important problems

No, that is not an option, you can't say "KDE 4.8.3 works with soprano 2.6 but 
for KDE 4.8.4 you need soprano 2.8", that is totally unacceptable.

kdelibs 4.8 needs to be fixed to work properly with soprano 2.6.
