In any case I wouldn't remove it, from the Frameworks effort POV it just means
we don't have to bother about Nepomuk. Either way we shouldn't remove it from
the kdelibs repo because if the new repo got done properly the plan was to use
git grafts to get the full history for the splitted repos, and if wasn't done
properly, then it's likely that the nepomuk lords will be happy to find the
old history from the kdelibs repo somehow.

I'd say we should just comment it out from the build right away (depends how
many other libs depend on it though).
