Introducing libmediawiki

Hello,

Our lib is based on Qt/KDE framework. It interfaces Mediawiki to provide
mediawiki functions (edit, upload, get page texte...) for developpers.
We use Kjob in our lib so it's not pure-Qt.

First, we will add our lib to kdereview and thereafter in extragear/libs.

Regarding the use of the lib, we developed a kipi plugin for Digikam to
export images to commons.wikimedia.org.
Moreover, we know that Amarok uses Wikipedia informations so it could use
our lib.

Finally, we developed two widgets. The widgets display the "Picture Of The
Day" and "The Article Of The Day" from commons.wikimedia.org.
But we don't know where we can add it, maybe in extragear too.

Best regards,
The IUP ISI Team.
