Moving Wicd Client KDE to kdereview

Hi everyone,
I would like to move Wicd Client KDE from playground to kdereview, but I
don't know exactly how to do that.
For now the project is in playground (
https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/network/wicd-client-kde).
As far as I understand, I have to make that move myself, but the
documentation in Techbase is very SVN oriented so I'm not sure... Any
pointers?
So anyway, this is also a call for review.
This application is a client for the Wicd network manager, so you will need
the Wicd daemon running.
