[GSOC?] Porting KDELibs to Android

Also I don't see how this would be even close to a GSoC sized project. It took 
me about one or two days to get kdelibs and calligra to compile and run 
against a qt-lighthouse build (not with the android plugin/ndk), so I can't 
see getting kdelibs to build with the android ndk will take much more than one 
maybe two weeks. (I do still need to publish my kdelibs branch somehow though, 
was there already some agreed upon kdelibs feature branch naming scheme?)
