Ok, just looked into the html sources.
(hint: don't - unless you want to look at the 90ies)

* ftr: the man:/ actually doesn't make use of the chapter class (but an inline stylesheeted div) ...
* ... but the help:/ does (for the index links as well as for the actual chapter...)
* -> simply forget what i said about "general central corporate design" - i've said nothing ;-)
