Filelight into kdereview (again)

I also don't see why we should make filelight harder to maintain for removing 
a dependency on kdelibs, which is also available on Windows.

If you want to make it easier for Windows user to install filelight, help out 
the KDE on Windows team rather than axing through other people's code with 
half-assed portability measures.
