Should kde-qt go 4.7 now?

Then here it goes:

	You'll need 4.7 in 2 weeks from today :-)

I will update 4.7.0-patched and master in kde-qt probably tomorrow, while 
bored in a conference call.

PS: does anyone want to help me and learn how to do the update? Contact me on 
IRC tomorrow afternoon (European timezone).
