Should kde-qt go 4.7 now?

There's also the consideration that Qt 4.7 is what distributors will be
shipping. If we continue to develop against 4.6, we'll be developing
and testing our code with a different version of Qt than the one our
users will be using.

We also won't discover possible bugs and regressions in 4.7 that
might affect KDE.

In addition it's also likely that developers will start to move to 4.7
regardless of what kde-qt contains, and 4.7 dependencies will start
to creep in.

I don't see any compelling reason not to move to 4.7.
