Should kde-qt go 4.7 now?

A'd also give 4.7 dep a +1

Having Qt 4.6 as a dependency and at the same time moving kde-qt to
4.7 would be a disaster (IMO). Unless svn-git-hooks could provide
error messages when something 4.7 dependent is committed.
