Shared OSD Service for KDE

There is one theoretical advantage: If specified as a freedesktop
standard the OSDs could be customized according to desktop environment.
There could be Gnomish or Xfce'ish or Plasma'ish OSDs...

But even then it would make more sense in plasma I suppose.

Just a thought.
