RFC: move kdebase/runtime/kstyles to kdebase/workspace/kstyles/, small change in how default style is handled

right; we'll need to set this in kdm 'manually' (though it's probably only a 
matter of copying those 3 lines of code from the style plugin).

btw, i had to add a slot to the style plugin to update the style when kcontrol 
does. and now kdisplayStyleChanged is only emitted when there isn't a -style 
command line option passed in, which makes sense imho given the apidox (since 
it will never change when -style is provided)
