RFC: move kdebase/runtime/kstyles to kdebase/workspace/kstyles/, small change in how default style is handled

Well, the platform plugin is part of KDE, contributed by Nokia. Actually Nokia 
added that code so that we (KDE) can decide what style Qt apps (non-KDE) 
should use when run within a KDE session. So the "evil" is actually on the 
other side ;)
