immanuel went down after a reboot, my guess is that the network is not
coming 
up again.

affected services: bugs.kde.org, many websites (kdedevelopers.org and
others), 
websvn etc. 

no hardware damage or filesystem loss expected, so other than the
interruption 
of service it should be all fine tomorrow (latest again).
