As per Christoph Feck suggestion I have used KNewMenu which will show the "Create New" option in context menu same as Dolphin and Konqueror. See the screenshot.


Summary
-------

Right click in filesystem browser you will find new option called "New File..." which will create a new Empty file at given location.
