Dependencies on Solid::Control

Hi,

	I am currently maintaining KInfoCenter and am looking to add a new KCM 
that replaces some older ones, problem is, KInfoCenter is in the 
kdebase-workspace package and Solid::Control is in the Kdebase package.

I don't think its all right to depend on libs in kdebase-workspace, 
anyone know a solution to this? Can we move Solid::Control into kdelibs?

Any ideas?
