New network interfaces KCM

  Hi,

I have put a new KCM into kdeexamples that is for KInfoCenter to replace 
the old network interfaces KCM.

Please, if you are feeling in a beta testing kind of mood, test and 
provide feedback. The blog post about the interface, with screenshots is

Oh, on a side note.. It is subject to change as Solid::Control is 
changing and it only works with Solid::Control network backends, so if 
you don't use NetworkManager or WICD its will warn you and display no info.
